The ACSM integrated management system
ACSM has implemented an integrated management system which meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management”, the ISO 14001:2015 “Environmental Management”, the ISO 45001: 2018 “Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems” and ISM codes (International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships). The scope of the certifications is: “Ship crew & technicians management & Remote Operated Veichles services”.

Leadership
We believe that senior leadership visibility and promotion of QHSE process are essential to set a positive safety and our quality culture throughout the organisation.
We constantly raise awareness of the QHSE’s culture within our organisation. We encourage our personnel to share their views on working practices and how they could enhance health and safety.
During our in-field operations, we develop risk assessments to identify possible hazards and how to mitigate the risks associated. We extend this approach to every phase of our business with the aim to ensure high quality process to our employees, clients and other stakeholders.
Well trained and competent people at all levels in the organisation and in sufficient numbers to address steady state operation, periods of change and emergency situations, and the infrastructure to ensure sustained competency.
A robust integrated management system requires an effective monitoring of the performances. In ACSM, we set objectives – we define KPIs and we constantly seek to achieve the goals that we set.
